Charman Yau（丘彩雯女士)

Charman Yau擁有超過十年的非牟利機構工作經驗，曾擔任秘書長，專注於行政管理工作，服務對象涵蓋長者、婦女、中年人和青年等各階層。她是一位資深的統籌人員，對社會服務充滿熱情。

從初中起，Charman Yau就展現出領導才華，被學校選為學會副社長，開始籌辦各式各樣的社會服務活動。其後，她在超過千名義工的團隊中，擔任分團團長，負責管理和統籌工作。她策劃和推動了無數令人難忘的項目，例如十公里長跑比賽、主題嘉年華、植樹日、文娛中心綜藝表演、探訪老人院和兒童院等。這些經驗使她能夠與來自不同背景的數百位義工緊密合作，展示出她的卓越領導力和組織才能。

Charman Yau has more than ten years of experience in non-profit organizations. She once served as secretary-general and focused on administrative work. Her services include supporting the elderly, women, middle-aged people, and young people. She is a senior coordinator with a passion for social services.

Since junior high school, Charman Yau has shown leadership talents. She was elected vice president of the society by the school and began organizing various social service activities. Later, she served as the group leader of a team of more than a thousand volunteers, responsible for management and coordination. She organized and promoted numerous unforgettable events, including 10-kilometre running competitions, themed carnivals, tree planting days, variety shows at the Civic Center, and visits to nursing homes and children's homes. These experiences have allowed her to work closely with hundreds of volunteers from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating her leadership and organizational skills.

In addition, Charman Yau is passionate about children's education. Over the past twenty years, she has been committed to teaching young children through academic and engaging activities while actively contributing to their growth and development. Her care for children has won the admiration and recognition of countless parents. Charman, affectionately known as Miss Yau, is the children's favorite teacher.
